Avenue Realty, led by Penelope and Raul, is a great company. They helped me to get the property I wanted. Both of them took the quality time to understand my requirements/needs, and then found the perfect property for me. In fact, due to my work traveling, I was not able to see physically the property, but with all the information they sent me (photos, videos, location in maps, etc), I was able to take the decision.... and remotely did the closing. That shows the level of trust we built together.

Raul was simply awesome. I was super nervous when I needed to start looking for a house; and the first time I met Raul, I knew he was the perfect fit. He wasn't all about business - I felt like he was an old friend showing me around. He answered all my questions and truly set me at ease. I'm not a super religious person, but I truly feel the Lord lead me to him! I saw 2 or 3 other realtors I could have called, but something just dragged and pulled me to chose him! I have worked with numerous realtor in San Antonio throughout the years, but Raul and Penny have become our permanent choice.
